We favor slow cooking methods that can best enhance each ingredient, pairing the dishes with a rich wine list.
The quality of our meats is exceptional, coming from a historic butcher shop in Rome, with which we also prepare excellent hamburgers.
The same goes for vegetables and other raw materials that stuff our pizzas made with long-fermented dough, for a fragrant and light flavor.
